Membership Tiers: FlavorsOfWine.com offers the following membership levels:

• ›Collector Add-ons — optional subscription enhancements (Wine of the Month, Pairing, Recipe, Accessories, Region, and Vintage of the Month).

Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.

Coming Soon Tiers: Certain paid features and membership tiers are currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase and have not yet been activated. Joining the waitlist creates a free account only; no charges are incurred until a paid tier is formally launched and you complete a payment transaction.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Vendors, wineries, restaurants, wine bars, and other businesses that create listings on FlavorsOfWine.com represent and warrant that:

• ›All listing information provided is accurate, current, and complete;
• ›They hold all required licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate their business and offer their products or services;
• ›They are in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws governing the sale, distribution, and promotion of alcoholic beverages;
• ›They have the right to use all content (text, images, logos) included in their listing.

FlavorsOfWine.com does not independently verify vendor licenses, regulatory compliance, product claims, or business credentials. Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any vendor, their products, or their services.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing at our sole discretion, without notice, and without liability. Vendors are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of FlavorsOfWine.com.

FlavorsOfWine.com allows users to submit content including reviews, testimonials, Member Stories, ratings, photos, and videos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of User Content you submit.

License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant FlavorsOfWine.com a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, adapt, modify, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
